  They called me 5 times to confirm, come early requests, and the last time was about one hour before my appt, they informed me that they required me to pay upfront based on my insurance plan. My daughter needed services and they waited until the last minute. Further, the representative kept saying over and over you will need to pay upfront I just want to make sure we are on same page. Sounds like an organization only interested in one thing and not their patients. I will be reporting them to Anthem for poor service.
