  We Placed an order that needed to be delivered to a hospital by a certain time. After confirmation we received another email stating the order was canceled due to this florist being unavailable. All numbers to this florist were either disconnected or busy. It would have been nice to be notified before placing an order.

  I’m disappointed the flowers were delivered at 330pm, just 30 minutes before my wife gets off work. I don’t understand how they were delivered late being the flower shop is only within a 5 mile radius. My wife did love the flower arrangement so that makes me feel a little better. Word of advice call the shop before placing order to ensure a time delivery….
